SHOW YOUR COMPANY SPIRIT!
Competing for a Cause! You and your co-workers compete against other Charlotte company teams in fun competitions…with the winning team choosing the charity we donate too!
ABOUT
Teams consist of eight to fifteen people, all 21+. The team will need at least three female team members in order to be able to compete in all events. The events are balanced with some requiring a little athleticism while other events are designed to be open for participation by anyone.
Teams will name the charity that they are competing for during the Charlotte Corporate Challenge. Throughout the Challenge, teams will earn points for the events they participate in (receiving more points the better they do at the events). At the end of the Challenge the top four teams (decided by points) will compete in relay events that will decide 1st/2nd/3rd & 4th place.
For the first place team, our title sponsor, Web Full Circle will donate $2,000 to that team’s charity. SportsLink and our other sponsors will donate to the 2nd through 4th place team charities.

FAQ
Do my team members have to be from our company?
We encourage team members to be from the companies they represent, but family members or friends are welcome to join the team as long as they are 21+ and the team doesn’t exceed 15 players.
Can we put in more than one team from our company?
For the 2017 Challenge, we are allowing companies to put in up to two teams.
This sound like fun, can I just put in a group of friends?
Not for the Corporate Challenge. We ask that each team be a company team. However, SportsLink does host a similar event, Field Day, that has many of the same events.
I have some people from our office/company that are not on the athletic side, how can they participate?
The events in the Corporate Challenge range in the need for athleticism. As long as you have more than six teammates, some teammates can sit out challenges and play in others are more of their interest or fitness level. And everybody can cheer on their teammates!
I have more than 15 teammates that want to participate. What do we do?
You can form two teams or have some come out and cheer. If you have a special situation, we may be able to accommodate a few extras on a team, contact us to discuss.
What happens if it rains?
We’ll make some judgement calls the day of, based on weather. More than likely, we’ll still have the Challenge (with breaks for bad weather). If we do cancel, postpone or reschedule – we’ll contact captains directly as soon as that decision is made. You can also check our rain-out line: (704) 499-9160 before you head to the event to see if anything has changed.
